Cadet Capt. Erin Fetters accepts the Youngstown ARS Composite Squadron’s guidon as a symbol of the change in command for the Civil Air Patrol unit. She assumed her new position as cadet commander during an Aug. 8 ceremony at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station.
