Eliyanna Shank, enrolled in one of two Success By 6 pre-kindergarten summer classes at Market Street Elementary School in Boardman, draws an “A.” Success By 6, a program sponsored by the United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley, received a $53,000 donation from the John S. and Doris M. Andrews Fund.
