Betty and Bill Thomas of Hubbard, who recently celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary, have volunteered the past four years at Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley in Youngstown. Second Harvest had a picnic Saturday to honor their volunteers.
