After being idle, Severstal Warren fires up Smoke rises over Severstal Warren, which is coming back to life after being idled for more than a year. The blast furnace, seen at the left, was restarted Monday and other parts of the steel mill will follow. The company recently said it had enough orders to restart the mill.
