Youngstown and Warren offi cials announce the fi rst wave of federal indictments to come out of the Violence, Gun Reduction Interdiction Program. Officers have confiscated 41 guns and indicted four people since the coordinated local and federal offensive against crime in the Mahoning Valley began July 4.
