Dave Shambach, above left photo, of Joe Dickey Electric in North Lima works on an embedded conduit at the site of Reinforcement SystemsÕ new manufacturing facility in Warren. The plant is expected to be ready for initial production by early September. In photo above right are Mark Marvin, left, the owner of Reinforcement Systems, and Mark Shoaf, project manager for the 98,000-square-foot factory. The plant, which will employ up to 65 people, will produce welded reinforcements for concrete construction. .
