Youngstown Rotary Club met July 10 for a formal dinner and an installation ceremony at Youngstown Country Club. During the event the board of directors presented gifts of appreciation to Mary Womble, second from left, in recognition of her year of service as president and the many projects completed during the 2009-2010 term.
