PLEA FOR HELP: Youngstown Councilwoman Janet Tarpley, D-6th, announces a $10,000 reward through the city’s Crimestoppers program for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who shot and killed Angeline Fimognari, 80, on Saturday after attending Mass at St. Dominic’s Church on East Lucius Avenue.
