Special to The Vindicator RECOGNIZED: Four members of Youngstown Rotary Club were singled out for recognition at the club’s Jan.6 meeting. Each received a Paul Harris Fellow award in appreciation of their assistance in furthering friendly relationships among the people of the world. Three of the recipients are, above from left, Monsignor Robert Siffrin, Mark Mazzella, CPA, and Atty. Jim Blomstrom. The other recipient, not pictured, is Carlton Sears, director of Mahoning County Library. The program was presented by District 6650 Governor Douglas Simpson and Dallas Woodall, who spoke about the Rotary International Foundation, which sponsors such things as safe water projects in developing countries and promotes education and fellowship throughout the world.
