WINTER WHITE: Though the holidays are over, the winter snow season has just begun. Snow has been falling in the Mahoning Valley for several days now, and forecasts show no sign that it will let up over the next week. Leslie Glover, who delivered mail on foot in downtown Youngstown Tuesday, said she's been doing the job for 24 years and doesn't mind the weather.
