The faces of more than 3,000 fairgoers will be displayed on the 2010 Faces of the Fair montage from Sept. 1 through Labor Day at the Canfield Fair. During the 2009 Canfield Fair, fine-arts staff members took the photographs and artist Suzanne Bort-Gray used them to create the montage, which will be exhibited in the Fine Arts Building (No. 2) and the Arts and Crafts Building (No. 24). Postcards, prints and posters will be available for purchase at both locations. A free photo station will be set up at the Fine Arts Building for anyone who wants to be included in the 2011 montage. “Faces of the Fair” can be viewed online at www.graymattermontages.blogspot.com, at the Davis Family YMCA and at the Blue Wolf Tavern in Boardman.
