Canine Rescue, Mary Jo Nagy of Youngstown and boy scout Tyler Bartell, 12, of Youngstown, dry off 7 year old weimaraner/shar pei mix Hannah, outside of Happy Paws Spa & Day Care for a wellness clinic. Tyler is in boy scout troop #22 and is trying to earn his pets merit badge; which he earns by volunteering and helping animals.
