Youngstown Patrol Officer Ed Kenney gets ready to start his shift to protect and to serve city residents with his partner Greg Mullennex, in the patrol car. The two were ready to go Monday. Today is the 27th annual National Night Out against crime, and several events are planned on Youngstown’s North Side to highlight the community’s efforts to curb criminal activity in area neighborhoods.
