The Vindicator/Robert K. Yosay ---Kevin Conway and Ted Nickoloff Local 207 Ironworkers Salute as THE BEAM is layed ontop of the building as University officials and others will sign the final steel beam going into the $34,3 million building. The beam, carrying U.S. and YSU flags, will then be hoisted into place. 110,000-square-foot facility to ready for occupancy in fall 2010.
