The Vindicator/Robert K. Yosay -----as THE BEAM is lifted .. Dr David Sweet- Dean Betty Jo Licata - Warren P Williamson III and Mayor Jay Williams - as University officials and others will sign the final steel beam going into the $34,3 million building. The beam, carrying U.S. and YSU flags, will then be hoisted into place. 110,000-square-foot facility to ready for occupancy in fall 2010. YSU is raising $16 million in private donations to help pay for the construction. 0232009
