Special to The Vindicator UPPER CRUST: This year’s Johnny Appleseed Festival in Lisbon promises to have appeal for all apple lovers as the third annual pie-baking contest gets under way. Craig Brown, chamber of commerce vice president, left, and Ryan Hillman, chamber president, seem eager for the taste testing to begin. The festival will take place Saturday and Sunday.
