The Vindicator/Geoffrey Hauschild Paul Rainey, a retired resident of Youngstown, thinks healthcare is too expensive and believes tort refrom should be included in the health care bill saying "Wouldn't it be quicker and simpler to fix that than passing health care reform?" To which the congressman replied, "I don't think your gonna find the level of savings just by doing tort reform. I think its too complicated to say that there is one silver bullet thats going just make everything else go away" adding "I think it will end up being a part of all this." 9.14.2009
