K'emonie Colpetro, 9, places a flag on the grave of Maj. John A. Logan in Oak Hill Cemetery, Youngstown. Looking on is Larenz Rhodes, 8. Both boys are members of a youth group at American Legion Post 732 in Youngstown helping decorate graves at Oak Hill Cemetery . Maj Logan is the son of General John A. Logan who issued General Order 11 at the end of the Civil War resulting in Decoration Day and then Memorial Day.
