Raymond Braidich a WWII Marine veteran from Poland salutes a flag on the grave of Maj. John A. Logan. A group of veterans and volunteers decorated graves there. Maj. Logan is son of General John A. Logan who issued General Order11 at the end of the Civil War resulting in Decoration Day and then Memorial Day.
