K'emonie Colpetro, 9, places a flag on the grave of Maj. John A. Logan in Oak Hill Cemetery, Youngstown. Looking on is Larenz Rhodes, 8. Both boys are members of a youth group at American Legion Post 732 in Youngstown. They were helping decorate graves at Oak Hill. Maj Logan is son of General John A. Logan who issued GeneralOrder 11 at the end of the Civil War resulting in Decoration Day and them Memorial Day.
