SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT: During a recent meeting of Austintown Growth Foundation, Elisa Owens, daughter of Dr. Fred and Dawn Owens, thanked the organization for a scholarship awarded to her during the graduation ceremony this spring at Fitch High School. Elisa, who is studying communications at Youngstown State, spoke of the quality education she received at Fitch and of the experience she gained as a member of the Speech Club.
