GOOD EATS: Aundrea Cika of Liberty prepares Polish sausage and sauerkraut at the first Polish Day celebration, which was Sunday. The event was moved indoors to St. Casimir Roman Catholic Church in Youngstown from Woodworth Park in Beaver Township because o the possibility of bad weather.
