ORDERED BOARDED: A Mahoning County magistrate, responding to legal maneuvers by Youngstown officials including police, ordered this house at 542 W. Glenhaven Avenue boarded up as a neighborhood nuisance, with costs to be levied against the owner. Police say the house was used for drug sales and that dangerous individuals had frequented the place.
