IKE PREPARATION: Sean Eitneiser fills his truck and gas cans with fuel at a station in Islamorada, Fla. Officials in teh Florida Keys started a phased evacuation for residents Sunday morning after telling visitors a day earlier to get out. Hurricane Ike was forecast to affect the Keys sometime this week.
