Natashia Salmen, 7, of Leetonia is rightfully proud of her scarecrow and her vegetables, which she enters in the Canfield Fair. Her grandmother, Nora Salmen of Columbiana, points out that these veggies are all Natashia's because she planted, tended and harvested everything.
