PAMELA L. 'TAZ' ZAGORSKY

STRUTHERS – Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. at. St. Angela Merici, formerly Sacred Heart Church, for Pamela L. “Taz” Zagorsky, 40, who passed away Monday morning.

Pam was born Sept. 21, 1971, in Youngstown, the daughter of James A. Sr. and Elaine Scott Zagorsky.

Pam was a 1989 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School.

She was a member of St. Angela Merici Parish, formerly Sacred Heart Church, where she was a CCD teacher.

Pam enjoyed playing cards, bingo, bocce and having garage sales.

Pam cherished most, spending time with her beautiful daughters, Miss Ciara Mitulinski and Miss Jamie Lynn Slaven.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, James and Elaine; her two daughters, Ciara and Jamie, both at home; sisters and brothers Cheryl (Bill) Hicks of Struthers, James A. Jr. (Karen) Zagorsky of Struthers, David (Sheila) Zagorsky of Struthers and Diane E. Zagorsky of Boardman; many nieces and nephews; and a great-niece.

Pam was preceded in death by her daughter, Brittany “Lil Taz” Zagorsky; her paternal grandparents, John and Elizabeth Zagorsky; and maternal grandparents Addison and Donna Scott.

The Zagorsky family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive friends Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
