More than 100 Youngstown State University football fans gave their team a raucous send-off Wednesday at a rally before the players boarded buses that would take them to their plane at Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna. The Penguins play James Madison University Saturday in Frisco, Texas, for the FCS National Championship.
