The Youngstown Phantoms, the Valley's USHL major junior hockey team, has struggled to sell tickets to its games at the Covelli Centre, leading city officials to consider booting them from the facility. But a Wisconsin hockey and arena official says that would be a mistake, and the Phantoms owner says the USHL has 2 more teams in the works for Pittsburgh and Ohio, which could boost sales by creating regional rivalries.
