Poland-Gilmour baseball rescheduled for today

The Poland baseball team’s Division II regional semifinal against Gilmour Academy (22-6) was postponed by rain Thursday. The game was rescheduled for 5 p.m. today at The Ball Park at Hudson.
The other regional semifinal between Cleveland Benedictine (21-5) and Tallmadge (17-11) also was postponed.
Poland (19-7) will try to reach a regional final for the first time since 2016. The Bulldogs reached the state semifinals that season.
If Poland advances, the regional final is scheduled for Saturday at The Ball Park at Hudson. A time hasn’t been announced.
Other baseball regionals also were postponed. The Division I tournament at Louisville and Division III at Massillon were also postponed until today.
