All roles are open. Casting is open to anyone age 4 to 18. Participants should come prepared to sing a Disney song of their choice. CD or personal device accompaniment is allowed.

Camp ShowBiz 2019 will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday June 10-21 at the Oakland, 4749 South Ave., Boardman. A continental breakfast and a homemade lunch will be provided. Cost is $130 for the first child, $100 for the second and $75 for each additional child thereafter. Author and educator Patricia Fagan, who ran the children’s theater program at the Youngstown Playhouse for more than 30 years, will do two workshops. Week one will focus on drama and week two will focus on comedy. The music of “Beauty and the Beast” and “Frozen” will be the focus. Special consideration will be given when casting these shows to children who participate in the camp because they will have an advantage. Call-back auditions will take place later in June for those unable to make Monday’s or Tuesday’s auditions. An audition workshop will be offered and participants will produce a music video.
