“Fosse/Verdon” (10 p.m., FX): In the finale of this high-quality series about Broadway’s Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon, Gwen looks ahead to an uncertain future, as Bob tells the story of his life on film.

“Songland” (10:01 P.M., NBC): It’s the series premiere of this show, which serves as a destination for some of pop music’s biggest stars to find their next hit song. Undiscovered songwriters are put center stage as they pitch their original material to John Legend and a panel of music producers. Viewers get an authentic peek into the creative process behind songwriting.

Stambaugh music series unveils lineup

YOUNGSTOWN

The seventh season of the B@B (Bands at the Baugh) live outdoor music series at the Garden at Stambaugh Auditorium will include The Shootouts on June 20, Howard and the Point Five Band on July 18, and Hoss and the Juggernauts on Aug. 15.

Each event includes a cash bar and food selections and begins at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $10 at the door or in advance at the Stambaugh box office, 1000 Fifth Ave.

Chorus, orchestra in ‘Peace’ concert

YOUNGSTOWN

The Stambaugh Chorus and the Stambaugh Festival Orchestra will present a concert titled “Peace In Time of War” at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave.

The concert is under the direction of Hae–Jong Lee, accompanied by Kathy Miller, piano and organ, and will feature the following soloists:

Misook Yun, soprano

Emily Alcorn, mezzo soprano

Brian Skoog, tenor

Max Pivik, bass

The performance will feature the Lord Nelson Mass by Haydn and other selections with the theme of peace. Admission is $17 ($7 for students and seniors). To purchase in advance, call 330-259-0555.
