SENIOR CITIZENS

Lowellville Senior Citizens will meet at noon June 7 at Lowellville City Hall Conference Room. Lunch will be provided. For reservations, call Paula Kacic at 330-718-2856. Brenda Perry, president, will preside. New members are welcome; Lowellville residency is not a requirement. Ralf Urack, from OH WOW! The Roger and Gloria Jones Children’s Center for Science & Technology, will speak. A light lunch will be provided by the committee, followed by a Strawberry Ice Cream Festival dessert. PERI, Mahoning County Chapter 18 will meet at noon June 4 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road, Canfield. Cost is $13 for paid members, all others are $15. There will be a 50-50 raffle. Reservations must be made by Tuesday by calling, Ceil Kidd, 330-533-2149; Helen Verdream, 330-629-8227; Arlene DeChellis, 330-726-8019; or Mary Grace Welsh, 330-743-8425. All public employees and retirees under O.P.E.R.S. are invited to join the Mahoning County Chapter 18 meetings. Membership fee is $10 yearly and can be paid at the meeting.
