Burchfield paintings are topic of display

The Office Max store at 427 Boardman-Poland Road will showcase the Burchfield Homestead Museum and the work of the late watercolor artist Charles E. Burchfield through Memorial Day weekend.

A display of prints of Burchfield’s paintings highlights the artist’s attention to seasonal changes in Northeast Ohio. The display will also be featured at Art in the Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 1 in Waterworth Memorial Park in Salem.

The Burchfield Homestead Museum at 867 East Fourth Street in Salem is open from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays.

Slushie Fest at Diletto Winery
