FAIRPORT HARBOR
Adam Wibert struck out 15 to lead Mathews (19-3) to a spot in the district championship game. Wibert allowed no hits and walked two. Jake Miller led the Mustangs offense with two hits and two RBI. Ethan Hall added two RBI. Mathews will play Northeastern Athletic Conference rival Bristol for the district championship on Thursday at 5 p.m. at Fairport Harbor High School.

The Panthers secured their spot in the Fairport district final by beating the Black Knights. Details were not reported.

Devin Turvey struck out six, and had two hits and two RBIs for Crestview (15-10). Turvey tied the Crestview single-season record with his 11th double. Carter Blakeman had two hits and two RBIs for the Rebels and Chuck Lindsay and Keith Berger added two RBIs each.
