COLLEGE COMMITMENTS

Boardman announced on Monday that 12 athletes made their choice to continue their athletic careers in college. The athletes who made their commitments are: Emily Carnahan (track and field, Cuyahoga Community College), Avamarie Colaluca (varsity dance line, University of Cincinnati), Ashley Saxton (softball, Capital University), Jenny Taraszewski (softball, Cuyahoga Community College), Alicia Saxton (softball, Baldwin Wallace), Mikel Flatley (swimming, Dixie State ), Travis Harvey (baseball, Thiel College), Dylan Gurski (baseball, Thiel College), Che Trevena (football, John Carroll), Joey Ieraci (football, John Carroll), Mason Rassega (swimming, Youngstown State University) and Andy Beichner (swimming, Grove City).

POLAND

Brooke Bobbey threw a complete game for Poland (27-0), conceding a run on four hits and two walks while striking out five. At the plate, she had two hits and Camryn Lattanzio had a triple and an RBI. Jaylyn Mullenax had two hits for Bristol (19-4). Alayna Sines gave up three runs on eight hits and three walks while striking out five.
