The public is invited to view the City Trust and Savings Bank, 3370 Wilson Ave., from noon until 2 p.m. Sunday before renovations begin.

Tim Sokoloff, former president of Iron Soup Historical Preservation Co., recently turned the City Trust and Savings Bank building over to Tim Whitt. The bank was the first in Campbell and is more than 110 years old. Whitt plans to add a retail business in the building, and a museum on the top floor will commemorate the bank and the cites history. The original historic front also will be maintained.

Church to host bus trip July 17

SALEM

St. Paul Church will host a day trip to Erie, Pa., on July 17. Anyone who wishes to attend should meet at 9 a.m. at the church parking lot, 935 E. State St. A luncheon will take place at the Station Dinner Theater followed by a 1950’s/1960’s bandstand musical comedy, “Dick Clarkson’s Jukebox Hop.” There will be shopping at the Millcreek Mall Complex. Summer camp registration

Ebony Ladies Golf and Youth Foundation Summer Camp, located at 3148 Northwood Ave., is accepting registration for children age 5 through 13 years old. The camp will take place from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. June 3 through Aug. 16. Cost is $50 per child. Camp includes outdoor activities such as golf, volleyball, academic tutoring, tag football, cooking, sewing and arts and crafts. Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided. Society receives grant

YOUNGSTOWN

The Autism Society of Mahoning Valley has been awarded a $20,000 grant from the Hine Memorial Fund of The Youngstown Foundation to support its 5th annual Camp F.R.I.E.N.D.: Finding Rewards In Every New Day, an inclusive day camp experience for children, teens and young adult students with autism and their friends.

The first program of its kind in the Mahoning Valley, Camp F.R.I.E.N.D. is facilitated by ABA Therapy Solutions. Camp will take place July 15-19 and Aug.12-16 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day at the central YMCA downtown.
