Food giveaways

New Bethel Baptist Church, 1507 Hillman St., Youngstown. Food giveaway, 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday. Participants are asked to bring containers and identification.

Smith Corners United Methodist Church, 3000 S. Canfield-Niles Road, Austintown, will host a free community Supper at the Corner from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursday.

Food-distribution notices are to be submitted by 3 p.m. the day before they are to be published.
