Police on scene after car flips, hits pole on East Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police have Early Road blocked off at Cornwall and Stocker avenues on the EastSide after a car hit a utility pole just after noon and flipped over.

No one was injured.

Police are awaiting Ohio Edison crews to clean up the pole.
