Parents of fall sports athletes to attend meeting
The Poland High School athletic department has announced a Fall Sports Parent Meeting for June 3 at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The meeting is mandatory for parents whose son or daughter will be participating in a middle school sport or high school fall sport. All parents should plan on attending as they will be discussing policies and procedures for the upcoming fall season. The athletes do not need to attend this meeting.

The Poland Seminary High School boys varsity baseball team beat West Branch by a score of 14-1 on April 27.

The Poland Seminary High School boys varsity baseball team downed Hubbard by a score of 8-2 on April 29.

It’s time for spring athletics and Neighbors wants to be there every step of the way. If you’re a sports coach or the parent of an athlete, we need your help. In order to get teams and players the recognition they deserve, we want to showcase them in our pages.
We can only do that if you commit to sending us game reports and photos each week. If you send it, it will get in.

Provide caption information and where people are located from left to right, front row to back. The sports news we’re looking for ranges from varsity high school teams down to middle school and even elementary and recreational leagues. We look forward to hearing about your teams successes.
