The Mill Creek Metro Parks hosted a bunny scavenger hunt the week before Easter.

Community members were able to go to the Ford Nature Center starting on April 15 to search for the hidden bunnies.

More than 20 photos of rabbits, that were found in the Mill Creek Park, were posted on the walls of the center.

Each photo was accompanied by an interesting fact about bunnies.

Community members that were able to find all 20 rabbits told the front desk who gave them an award.

Children got to choose between pencils and other Easter themed treats for their prize.

After the indoor search the park encouraged community members to take a hike along one of the many available trails and have a real life scavenger hunt for the local bunny population.

This event is a series of holiday themed scavenger hunts hosted by the park.

Earlier this year, community members searched the center for turkeys to celebrate Thanksgiving.
