Young turkey hunters invited to drawing

Special opportunities will be offered for young hunters seeking wild turkeys in Trumbull County this spring, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife.

The Division of Wildlife will have a drawing on April 6 for a special controlled turkey hunting opportunity for youths at Mosquito Creek Wildlife Area in Trumbull County.

Hunting dates are scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays, April 13-14 and April 29-May 19. Hunters 17 years and younger are required to attend the drawing and also are required to present a valid 2019-20 Ohio hunting license.
