Employment: He worked at Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. in Campbell for 30 years, and was an inspector of streetlights and traffic signals in Clark County, Nev., for 16 years.

Military service: Ralph is a veteran of the U.S. Army and was the first male scrub nurse in a MASH Unit in South Korea.
