“Macbeth,” “Antony and Cleopatra.” Mahoning Valley Players will have auditions at 6 p.m. April 7 and 8 at the Calvin Center, 755 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown. Be prepared to read from the script. Prepared monologues are optional. Macbeth and Cleopatra are precast; all other roles are open. Performances for “Macbeth” are June 14, 15 and 16 and July 5 and 7. Performances for “Antony and Cleopatra” are Aug. 23, 24, 25 and 30, and Sept. 1. Kim Akins will direct “Macbeth” and Vijay Welch-Young will direct “Antony and Cleopatra.”
