14 former Phantoms make NCAA tourney

YOUNGSTOWN

The Youngstown Phantoms have 14 alumni playing in the NCAA Division I men’s ice hockey tournament. The bracket was released on Sunday.

The teams and players are Bowling Green’s Ryan Bednard, Lukas Craggs and Connor McDonald; Cornell’s Mike Regush; Minnesota State at Mankato’s Alec Vanko; Northeastern’s Julian Kislin and Ryan Shea; Notre Dame’s Pierce Crawford and Cam Morrison; Providence’s Michael Callahan and Ohio State’s Matt Miller, Tommy Parran, Austin Pooley and Sean Romeo.
