Elaine Galmish of Poland won $1,000,004 in a recent Powerball drawing, the Ohio Lottery announced. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, she will receive $720,002.88. Galmish purchased her winning ticket at Struthers Beer Center, 850 Youngstown-Poland Road in Struthers.
