Churches to host unity service today

YOUNGSTOWN

City and suburban churches will join together to host a citywide Prayer and Unity Service at 7 p.m. today at Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church, 1210 Himrod Ave. The service will be led by the Rev. Juan Rivera, Victory Christian Center, Coitsville; the Rev. Mary Hall, Fifth Avenue Community Church; and the Rev. Dwayne Heard, Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.

The service is in advance of the YOUNGSTOWN: A Crime-Free Zone rally that will take place in April.
