Emmy Cohen in a scene from Kent State Trumbull Theater’s production of “Mr. Burns, A Post-Electric Play.” The dark comedy, directed by Eric S. Kildow, is set in a post-apocalyptic future. A group of survivors around a campfire begin to piece together the plot of “The Simpson” episode “Cape Feare” entirely from memory, as snippets of pop culture from the distant past have become their only form of live entertainment. Performances will be this weekend and next. Show times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 3 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $10 ($8 for senior citizens). Call 330-675-8887.
