Newton Falls library board has emergency meeting tonight
NEWTON FALLS — Newton Falls Public Library Board of Trustees will have an emergency meeting at 6 p.m. today in the Mattes Conference Room at 204 S. Canal St., for the purposes of discussing finance, personnel and library property.
