NAACP, Youngstown schools participate in academic conference

YOUNGSTOWN

An academic conference is underway at East High School, presented by Youngstown City Schools' academic team and the Youngstown Branch of the NAACP. More than 35 people are in attendance at the jointly hosted conference.
