1418 Auxiliary Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bedford Trails.
Austintown AARP Chapter 4339 will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Austintown Senior Center, 112 Westchester Drive. The speaker will be Ellen Speicher, who will give a presentation about gardens in England. Hostesses will be Linda Ayars, Beverly Miller, Sue Mayerchak and Linda Wiland. Illnesses among members should be reported to the hospitality secretary, Delores Lettera, at 330-793-3094. Members of the national AARP are invited to join the local chapter for annual dues of $5. The Noteables, a senior choir, is a part of this chapter. Rehearsals are held every Tuesday (except the second Tuesday of the month) at 1 p.m. Chapter meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at 1 p.m. All meetings and rehearsals are located at the Austintown Senior Center.
Dollar Bank Retirees will meet at noon March 20 at the Holiday Inn in Boardman. All former employees are invited to attend whether or not they have retired. For information, contact Sandy Ross at 330-506-1290.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel Basilica Seniors will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the basilica. President John Mascardine will preside. Members will have lunch and play games.
Public Employee Retirees Inc., Trumbull County Chapter 56, will meet at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at Shepherd of the Valley, 4100 North River Road NE, Warren. Note that this is a new location. St. Angela Merici Senior Group, “Senior Moments,” will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church hall, 397 S. Jackson St., Youngstown. Lunch is $5, then bingo will be played. UFCW Local 880 Retirees Retail Clerks will host its St. Patrick’s Day party at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Cafe 422 in Warren. Food, including dessert, will be available for $12 per person, tax and tip included. Guests welcome. For information, call 330-502-2103.
Sears Friendship Club will meet at noon Monday at What’s Cookin’ on South Avenue in Boardman.
Seton III will meet for a luncheon at noon Thursday at the Saxon Club on Meridian Road. The reading will be provided by Judy Love and the speaker will be Dr. Carmen Julius, pathologist at St. Elizabeth Hospital. The subject will be the crucifixion of Jesus. Hostesses include Jacqueline Price, chairwoman; Caroline Gustafson; Judy Kimmel; and Sue Williams.
